THISISGEO-AFFILIATE-TERMS-0.1 · Legal review recommended
Affiliate Program Terms
Effective August 12, 2026. These terms govern participation in the This Is GEO affiliate program. Applying does not guarantee approval. Approval creates a revocable, non-exclusive affiliate relationship; it does not create employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or authority to bind This Is GEO or Inflection Point.
1. Commission
Subject to these terms, an approved affiliate may earn a commission equal to 20% of Eligible Revenue from a properly attributed customer for no more than the first six successful subscription billing cycles. Commission eligibility ends sooner if the customer cancels, payment fails, the affiliate agreement ends, attribution is invalidated, or another condition in these terms applies.
Eligible Revenue means subscription fees actually collected and retained by This Is GEO, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, disputed or fraudulent payments, complimentary access, free trials, processing adjustments, and amounts not attributable to the approved affiliate. Commissions do not change the customer’s price.
2. Attribution
Attribution may be recorded through the affiliate’s approved referral link or a matching code entered during customer onboarding. The referral link uses a first-party cookie with a 30-day duration. Attribution is locked to one customer workspace before checkout and cannot be overwritten after payment. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, coupon or trademark bidding abuse, fabricated leads, and referrals already in an active sales or customer relationship may be rejected.
3. Review, reversals, and payment
All commissions are subject to review. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, credits, or provider corrections may void or reverse related commission. Each earning period ends on the last calendar day of the month. Approved net commission is targeted for payout on or about the 8th day of the following month, subject to weekends, holidays, provider timing, completed tax and payment information, fraud and refund review, and any lawful withholding. The program administrator may establish a reasonable minimum threshold and carry a smaller balance into a later period. Affiliates are responsible for their taxes. “On or about” is a target and not a guarantee of receipt on a specific date. No automatic payout is promised.
4. Promotion rules
Affiliates must make truthful, substantiated statements; clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required; comply with applicable advertising, privacy, email, platform, and endorsement rules; and use only approved brand materials. Affiliates may not promise rankings or citations, impersonate This Is GEO, use misleading claims, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, bid on protected brand terms without written approval, register confusing domains, or create the impression that an independent review is unbiased when compensation may be earned.
5. Codes, brand, and customer data
Affiliate codes remain program identifiers owned and administered by This Is GEO. Approval permits limited use only while the agreement is active. Affiliates receive no customer private data from the tracking system. Aggregate referral and commission information may be provided as the program develops.
6. Term and termination
Either party may end participation as permitted by the program administrator or any separately signed agreement. This Is GEO may suspend or terminate participation immediately for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, legal or security risk, breach, reputational harm, or program changes. No commission accrues after the agreement ends. Properly earned, non-reversed commission recorded before termination remains subject to final review.
7. Changes and general terms
This Is GEO may update the program prospectively. Material changes will apply after notice or renewed acceptance where appropriate. The program is provided without a promise of referral volume, conversion, continued availability, or minimum earnings. The limitations, dispute, governing-law, and privacy provisions applicable to the program should be reviewed by counsel before broad launch.
