What counts as one check?
One question sent to one AI engine is one check. For example, 20 questions checked with six engines means 120 checks—not 120 different questions. Each result tells us what that engine answered at that time.

These totals cover the last 30 days, across saved runs—not just today’s run. Repeating the same question on another day counts as another check.

Missing answers are not a bad score
Failed, held, and unfinished checks stay out of your visibility results. GEO keeps the answers that did finish. A paused schedule needs review; this screen does not restart checks or increase spending limits.
Scheduled checks are snapshots of an AI engine’s response. They are not continuous surveillance or an exact copy of every answer people see in an AI app.

Where do the questions come from?
GEO starts with your business profile and question templates. The lists below retain the exact questions already assigned to this schedule.
The saved set is reused until an authorized schedule update explicitly changes it. Saving or running a one-off Echo selection does not replace an existing recurring selection. The scheduler uses a date-based ordering when building the selection, not a fresh random draw each day. Daily checks select a limited number of questions for every listed engine. Weekly limits count question-and-engine pairs, so they do not guarantee every saved question on every engine.
The lists below show what is actually scheduled now. Echo is a separate editable draft; saving it alone does not replace these lists. If you save more questions than a schedule uses, the rest are not promised a check in that run. A changed question needs new matching history before we can compare it fairly.
This demo contains fictional saved answers, not a running schedule.

How we measure this
FICTIONAL DEMO DATA. These dates, answers, brands, rates and engine outcomes are prewritten examples, not real provider measurements or a customer case study. These are retained API observations, not a copy of every consumer AI answer. Discovery excludes questions naming any brand in your comparison group. Missing or incomplete answer text is not scored as an absent mention. Daily rates describe that day's question mix; changes compare only matching questions with known settings and complete text. Share of voice counts each confirmed brand once per complete answer, divided by appearances of the selected brands—not total market share. Follow-up experiments are excluded. Scheduled-check health shows current statuses of checks queued in the selected period, separately from answer dates.
Country and language describe the recorded request. They do not prove the consumer was in a particular city. The current day may still be incomplete. Model or question-set changes start a separate comparison group.
The screen shows up to 20 questions and 10 sources. CSV includes up to 50 sources and all daily totals in this selection. The source map keeps up to 50 links per answer and omits URLs longer than 2,000 characters. 0 answers have source links omitted by those limits.
