Julie
Founder & CEO
Julie is a serial entrepreneur and longtime small business owner with a background spanning marketing, event production, publishing, and floral design. Named Parkland, Florida’s Alignable Small Business Person of the Year four years running, she understands firsthand how difficult — and expensive — it can be for independent businesses to generate consistent inbound leads without relying on costly vendor platforms or large marketing budgets.
A single mom who has built and operated businesses across multiple industries, Julie created ThisIsGEO to help small business owners compete as customer discovery shifts from traditional search to AI. That experience informs her focus on practical tools that fit around the real demands of running a business and bringing in new customers.
Her work is rooted in one idea: small businesses should have access to the same visibility tools and insights as larger companies, without needing an enterprise-sized team or budget.
Kevin
Co-Founder & COO
Kevin’s connection to small business runs through generations. His grandfather owned a local hardware store before eventually being forced to close after a Home Depot opened nearby, and his father owns a food truck today. With several other local business owners in the family, Kevin grew up seeing firsthand how difficult it can be for independent businesses to compete with larger companies that have more money, more staff, and more visibility.
As the co-founder of a marketing consultancy, Kevin works closely with small businesses on the systems, technology, and operational challenges behind sustainable growth. He also serves on the board of the Mobile Food and Beverage Association of Marion County, Florida, supporting local food-truck and mobile-business operators.
At ThisIsGEO, Kevin focuses on making AI-search tools practical and accessible for small business owners — so the next generation of independent businesses has a better chance to compete.
Built around useful action
Measure. Explain. Fix. Verify.
We keep website readiness separate from observed AI visibility, retain the evidence behind every finding, and turn technical problems into understandable next steps. Eligible changes stay approval-first; higher-risk work can be handed to a developer or a GEO analyst.
01For business owners
See what matters now, what can wait, and what the recommendation means in plain language.
02For teams and partners
Share exact evidence, drafts, approvals, verification receipts, and developer-ready handoffs.
03For a changing search market
Track dated observations without pretending another platform’s recommendation can be guaranteed.
